By filling out this form you agree to audition to be a Tornette for the 2025-2026 school year. You understand the responsibilities you must uphold as a member of this organization. You will be the best member you can and agree to do whatever it takes to make the team a success.

"I have thoroughly read the constitution and commit to follow ALL Tornette Team rules and expectations. I understand the importance of school attendance and will have regular attendance throughout the year. I realize that I will be expected to attend ALL practices and performances, and will schedule day-to-day activities/appointments to meet this requirement...."

All returning and current members must have a new or current physical on file in order to be eligible to audition. All returning members must have a new physical on file before the first day of summer camp.
